Barry joined BHDP Architecture in 1981 as an Intern/Designer. Since that time, he has built an extensive project portfolio as well as expertise in the roles of Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Barry currently serves as a Principal & Client Leader focused on some of BHDP's largest client relationships. Barry has extensive experience in managing complex corporate housing initiatives. Barry's multi-discipline knowledge and hands on management approach has proven successful for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

He currently serves as a Principal & Client Leader with an additional focus on leading the firms Quality Control measures.

With twenty-three years of experience in leadership roles for the capital development organization of Macyâ€™s, Andrew Brezina brings a proven track record of experience to the BHDP retail focus. His past responsibilities have included: Senior Planner, Director, as well as Vice President of Store Planning. Andrewâ€™s expertise in space allocation/planning, master planning, product merchandising/presentation, standards development, design development, project scheduling, specifications, and documentation for construction; coupled with his ability to motivate teams to perform at the highest levels, makes Andrew a valuable addition to the BHDP team.

Since joining BHDP Architecture in 1989, Greg has specialized in research laboratories, institutional facilities and corporate offices. From 1996 to 2001, Greg was co-managing Principal of Baxter/PEAS, a Strategic Business Alliance with The Procter & Gamble Co. Currently Greg serves as a Principal & Senior Project Manager with a focus on the design of space in the science industry.

This experience contributes to Larry's current role as Principal & Client Leader with a focus on the science industry.

Over the years, Patrick has honed his skills as an expert in workplace strategy, Patrick is nationally recognized for connecting organizational culture and work process improvement to the design of space. Patrick currently serves as a Principal & Client Leader sharing his passion for working collaboratively to create design for people to improve the efficiency of work, the effectiveness of the workforce and their experience in the workplace. In addition to leading multiple client relationships, Patrick is an associate board member for CoreNet Global and has been awarded top faculty honors for 6 consecutive years as a faculty member for CoreNet Global Learning.

As President & CEO of BHDP Architecture, Mike focuses on the strategic direction for the firm. Mike began his career at BHDP almost 30 years ago as an Intern/Designer. Since then he has held the role of Project Architect, Architectural Designer, Project Manager, Market Leader and Principal-in-Charge. His professional affiliations include the AIA, and he is certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Board. He is involved professionally in the industry as well as active in the community, serving on the Board of the Dan Beard Council as well as the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Richard is a results oriented professional with more than 20 years of experience as Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Management Consultant. This experience includes an extensive background in financial reporting, systems development and cash management. He has developed strategic plans and restructured companies to increase profitability. As a result of his professional experience, he provides financial and managerial leadership to BHDP.

For over 25 years, Andrew has served in key design leadership roles in the retail industry. In his role as a Client Leader, Andrew is responsible for leading the retail design and architecture team's expertise in branding, store planning, interior design, merchandising, building architecture and rollout for retail clients. Andrew has extensive knowledge and background in the design and implementation of department stores, vendor shops, specialty stores, large format and discount stores with award winning retail designs including Store of the Year Awards in 1995, 2000, 2001 and 2003.

Paul joined BHDP Architecture in 2005 as a Project Manager and has quickly elevated himself within BHDP to Client Leader & Principal. In addition, Paul serves as the leader of our Columbus, Ohio office and maintains a primary focus on Higher Education clients with expertise in the design of Science, Learning, and Student Life spaces. In addition to being an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Paul takes initiative within the Higher Education community through his involvement in the Society for College and University Planning, and other activities such as the AIA High School Design Program Volunteer.

Tom joined BHDP Architecture in 1993 as Intern/Designer. Over the years, Tom has served as Project Architect, Project Manager and currently as Client Leader. Tom's primary focus is on the Higher Education industry. Tom's experience includes visioning, programming and design for new construction and renovation projects including libraries, classrooms, collaborative learning environments, research and teaching laboratories. Tom's interest in libraries continues with Tom's on-going research, writing and presentations on various topics regarding the changing role of the academic library.
