Goals

CareSource was faced with the challenges of an expanding business: rapid employment growth, a workforce in multiple locations, productivity issues and the need to promote the corporate mission and values to an increasing employee and consumer base.

Strategy

Build a new corporate headquarters, in the heart of Dayton, Ohio's urban core, to address their challenges head on. Configure to capture dramatic views of the Great Miami River and serve as a visual anchor for the northern edge of the central business district. Utilize sustainable design to make the building more efficient.

Results

A new 9-story corporate headquarters, including several employee centric amenities, which deliver on multiple levels and creates a sense of pride among employees.
