A developer was experiencing an increased demand from American corporations wanting to expand their operations into Panama. A design that supports the "American corporation" and provide extreme flexibility to meet unique workspace needs.

Strategy

Design new office building that supports flexibility and ease of expansion and reconfiguration.

Results

A new 24-story, 440,000 sf modern office building situated above a 2,000 car parking garage. The design allows ultimate flexibility to meet the specific user demands - different languages, regulations, and practices of international business.
