With a vision for developing flexible research environments to attract and retain researchers, BHDP designed 20,000 square feet of renovated laboratory, support and office space through a design-build delivery method. Located on the Wexner Medical Center campus, the Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research (IBMR) received upgrades to elevators as well as a complete renovation of the fourth and fifth floors. Researchers now have access to open-lab research spaces, support areas such as tissue culture and equipment labs, collaboration spaces and private offices.
