All of the graphic elements work together to tell a story that is unique to the Weston location. The hand-painted graphics onto the brick in the produce and frozen departments give a nod to Weston’s historical significance as part of the original Boston Post Road. The graphics feature some of the produce, deli, and dairy product offerings combined with a vintage stamp motif throughout the store. To highlight the showpiece tea and bakery island, the customer seating area features “found objects” such as plates and dishes which have had graphics applied relating to various varieties of tea such as chamomile, matcha, etc. The exterior of the building features a mural that was created with the coordination of the Weston Historical Society and a local mural artist.
