Seattle Client Center
01 Challenge
A Confidential Financial Services Client partnered with our firm to reinvent their Seattle office to support a rapidly growing technology team and create a sophisticated client center. Their existing space lacked character and failed to reflect Seattle’s competitive tech environment or attract top talent. The client sought a design that would both enhance employee experience and project a premier, regionally resonant image to high-profile clients.
02 Solution
We developed a modern, flexible workplace infused with Pacific Northwest inspiration, balancing natural materials and industrial elements to foster innovation and collaboration. The design incorporated adaptable workspaces, mobile huddle rooms, and abundant daylight to meet evolving team needs. The adjacent client center was crafted to communicate exclusivity and heritage through rich finishes and thoughtful branding elements.

											Design Highlights
Local woods provide warmth, while fluted glass and organic fixtures evoke the harbor’s rippling water. Rolled steel and tambour detailing reference Seattle’s industrial roots and geological formations. Faceted wood panels, a kitchen island made from locally harvested wood, and art and historical displays further reinforce the client’s connection to the Pacific Northwest landscape and waterfront community. Deep jewel tones, raw material finishes, and warm woods balance natural serenity with urban sophistication, creating a space that reflects both regional culture and the client’s evolving identity.
