Pamela Morris Center
01 Challenge
After experiencing significant growth in recent years as the nation’s largest Medicaid managed care plan and multi-state healthcare provider, CareSource, a non-profit mission-driven organization based in Dayton, Ohio, looked to expand their Dayton footprint and develop a walkable campus for their employees. BHDP, as a long-time partner of CareSource, stepped in to design a solution that not only supports their growth, but properly reflects the corporate brand, implements modern workplace trends, and attracts and retains the best talent.
02 Solution
BHDP developed a six-story building that houses up to 900 employees, provides unassigned workspaces, and features artwork by local artists to support the brand image. The Pamela Morris Center (PMC), named to honor CareSource’s founding CEO and her legacy, is packed with state-of-the-art amenities such as a central dining and servery, a large fitness center, an outdoor terrace, a training center, and a 200-person meeting room that will both enhance the employee experience and attract new talent.
