Government Affairs Office

01 Challenge

BHDP partnered with a Confidential Global Consumer Goods company to renovate its Washington, DC, Government Affairs Office. The client needed a space that honored its brand legacy while supporting the evolving needs of modern work. The unique geometry of the space—with curved walls and few right angles—created layout and furnishing challenges. The office also had to accommodate high-profile visitors, hybrid collaboration, and increased privacy for virtual meetings.

02 Solution

The design team embraced the space’s architectural complexity by using tailored furniture and strategic planning to maximize functionality and flow. A narrow corridor was transformed into a striking entry feature, echoing the building’s architecture and brand identity. Luxurious materials, a moody color palette, and privacy-enhancing elements addressed acoustic and visual needs.
