About
Don Elsen has served as Project Manager, Project Architect and Construction Administrator during his tenure at BHDP. As Project Manager, Don coordinates BHDP staff to provide the right resources at the right time, ensuring the conformance of the engineering drawings with the architectural drawings. He has worked with Senior Designers to assure design continuity throughout the project. Working with Project Technicians, he has instructed the preparation of design details and coordinated architectural components with structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. He has developed and tracked project budgets, implemented master plans and developed and coordinated site designs.
