As of June 1, 2026, BHDP is officially a 100% employee-owned company. Eligible employees now stand to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as beneficial owners of the value of the firm. This transition reflects the firm’s belief that BHDP is a people-powered enterprise committed to personal and professional growth. As an employee-owned company, we are invested in the people who help shape our culture, serve our clients, and sustain our success, every day.

What Employee Ownership Means

An ESOP is a retirement benefit that gives eligible employees an ownership stake in the company. As BHDP grows and the economic value of the company increases, employees share in the company’s success over time.
