Don is a Client Leader, Strategist, Architect, Owner, and leads the BHDP Raleigh, NC, office. He provides expertise to BHDP’s clients by combining strategy, analytics, and design thinking to respond to business needs such as: mobile workforce, change management (ProSci certified), cultural evolution, team dynamics, branding, and design. Don’s passion for results has delivered strategy measurement tools that communicate the outcomes of projects. He believes the creation of the workplace has the responsibility to improve the efficiencies of the business, the effectiveness of quality results, and the personal experience of the people who interact in the space.
