Don is a Design Manager, Strategist, Architect, Owner, and leads the BHDP Raleigh, NC, office. He provides expertise to BHDP’s clients by combining strategy, analytics, and design thinking to respond to business needs such as: mobile workforce, change management (ProSci certified), cultural evolution, team dynamics, branding, and design. Don’s passion for results has delivered strategy measurement tools that communicate the outcomes of projects.
