PNC Lobby Renovation
01 Challenge
Upon purchasing PNC Center, Group RMC wanted to upgrade the current lobby into a welcoming and open entrance where employees can relax, work, and socialize. For this project, our design team was tasked with key criteria including creating a positive first impression, providing tenants with a best-in-class experience, and integrating durable materials and modern furniture.
02 Solution
Combining jewel tones, natural wood, and lush greenery, we elevated the space to match the inviting community that PNC Center offers. Specific details such as warm lighting, white tile, and statement furniture pieces were added to maintain a hospitality effect, while various seating and open collaboration areas cultivate a comfortable work environment.

Within the new environment, tenants can host a casual meeting in the lounge, take a quick break to play ping pong or use the golf simulator in the game room, or stop and enjoy their lunch at one of the many seating areas. For larger events, a new conference room provides space for up to 60 people and utilizes garage-style doors, allowing the space to service private or public functions. Throughout the lobby, large windows offer views from the outside in, putting the building’s best-in-class amenities on display and potentially attracting new tenants.
These new renovations and added amenities quickly attracted additional tenants to the building, and current tenants are excited by the enhanced amenities and contemporary interiors.
