BHDP Architecture Brings on New Charlotte Leader to Focus on Growth in the Industrial Market

BHDP Architecture is strengthening its presence in the Southeast with the addition of Ryan Blair as an Industrial Client Leader in the firm’s Charlotte office. In this role, Blair will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and cultivating strategic opportunities, and contributing to BHDP’s long-term growth in the industrial sector.
Blair brings with him a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and client service across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He most recently served as Business Development Manager at Design Collaborative, where he led strategic growth efforts in the Carolinas—expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and securing long-term partnerships.
“I’m thrilled to join BHDP and contribute to a team that’s shaping the future of manufacturing,” said Blair. “The firm’s ability to integrate strategic thinking with a deep understanding of client goals sets the firm apart. I look forward to building strong partnerships that drive lasting value for our clients across the Southeast.”
“Ryan’s leadership and passion for client success make him a strong addition to our growing Industrial team,” said Michael Verdier, Industrial Market Leader at BHDP. “His ability to develop meaningful partnerships and understand the complexities of the market will be invaluable as we continue to expand our reach and impact.”
BHDP’s Industrial market designs high-performance manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers that drive productivity, reduce cost, and accelerate speed to market—while prioritizing workforce well-being. Long-term clients include Procter & Gamble, Toyota, Siemens, and more.
BHDP’s Charlotte office, which opened in April 2023, has quickly grown to nearly 20 employees supporting Industrial, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Workplace markets.
