BHDP Architecture Welcomes New Healthcare Market Leadership
BHDP Architecture is strengthening its commitment to its Healthcare market with the strategic addition of two leaders; Mindy Graves joins the firm as a Market Leader, and Matt Scott joins BHDP as Client Leader.
Mindy brings more than 30 years of national expertise in both design and construction of healthcare projects. She previously served as the Associate VP of Design, Construction, and Real Estate at Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and as a client leader and interior designer at globally recognized firms, Perkins + Will and HOK. As Market Leader, she will help shape and grow BHDP's Healthcare market, drive market growth aligned with firmwide objectives, lead strategic client relationships, and serve as a trusted partner to key healthcare clients.
“As a former VP for a large health system, I gained valuable insight into strategic and capital planning, as well as effective collaboration. Expanding BHDP’s reach throughout the country and designing strategic healthcare environments is an exciting opportunity,” said Graves. “I look forward to bringing a former owner’s perspective to BHDP to help deliver exceptional outcomes for our current and future clients.”
Matt joins BHDP after serving as Project Manager at GBBN Architects. With more than a decade of healthcare experience throughout the Midwest, he brings a strong foundation in industry leadership and a deep passion for creating spaces for healing. In this role, he will guide clients through our design process, build and expand partnerships, and contribute to BHDP's thought leadership.

Designing strategic spaces for both patients and medical professionals is a passion of mine that I’m excited to bring to BHDP and our clients to help them achieve their organizational goals," said Scott.
