A New Era of Leadership at BHDP

BHDP Architecture is entering an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Drew Suszko as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. A longtime leader in workplace strategy and design, Drew brings a fresh, market-focused perspective to the role—one shaped by more than a decade of experience at BHDP and deep involvement in the firm’s growth across multiple markets.

As he steps into this new position, Drew sat down with the Cincinnati Business Courier to discuss BHDP’s continued momentum, the firm’s evolving market landscape, and his vision for leading the organization forward. 

He credited BHDP’s strong executive leadership team, noting that President and COO, David Johnson, will continue to oversee operations and internal culture. At the same time, Drew will guide the firm’s external direction, understanding marketplace dynamics, client needs, and advising on where to steer the organization next. 

Reflecting on the transition, he shared, “We worked together as an executive team on what’s next for BHDP, and that process led to me assuming these responsibilities at the firm. I’m humbled by the opportunity.”
