84.51° Relocates to Panoramic Times Square Office in NYC

BHDP partnered with 84.51° to design its new office space in New York City, NY. The company’s new 10,000-SF space is located on the 37th floor of 7 Times Square, in the heart of the city. The office features panoramic views and a mix of collaborative and independent workspaces for employees and clients alike.

In designing the space, the team focused on creating a sophisticated, tranquil environment that contrasts with the vibrant energy of Times Square. With both 84.51° and Murray’s Cheese sharing the office, the design needed to feel authentic and welcoming to both brands. A neutral palette and thoughtful material choices strike that balance, creating a shared space that feels cohesive and inviting.

The relocation supports 84.51°’s mission to go beyond typical recruiting methods to secure top talent in media and advertising. This new space recognizes that goal by creating a space that fuels innovation and collaboration.

"Every detail was thoughtfully designed to spark collaboration, support focused work, and make a lasting impression on both talent and clients."
