Fifth Third Unveils New Office in Louisville, KY

BHDP partnered with Fifth Third Bank to design their new office space in Louisville, KY. Situated on the fourth floor of the NuLu Yard development, the 10,000-SF office embraces an open floor plan, multiple seating options, and immersive experiential graphic design elements that reflect the bank’s brand and pay homage to the city.

The vision for the space centered on openness and connection. BHDP and Fifth Third aimed to create an environment where employees could easily meet with one another and host clients in a welcoming, flexible setting. With 60 local employees beginning their transition to the new office on May 20, the design needed to strike the right balance between collaborative and independent spaces.

One of the experiential graphic design elements in the space features a map of downtown Louisville.

“We designed the space to support both connection and focus,” said Samantha Kelley, Project Manager. “From open areas like the Clubhouse to quiet focus studios for independent work, it’s about giving employees choice in how they use the space throughout the day.”

The Louisville office joins Fifth Third Bank's growing list of renovated office spaces, which also includes locations in Montgomery, OH, and New York City.
