BHDP Architecture has begun the design for the significant renovation of the U.S. Bank Tower. The design will include a lobby upgrade, new workspaces, a conference center, and amenities to attract tenants to the space.

According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, U.S. Bank Tower is the seventh-largest office building in Cincinnati and sits on Fountain Square. The building came under new ownership last year with the primary goal of investing in the property to restore it to a state-of-the art Class A office building.

“BHDP is proud to be headquartered in downtown Cincinnati and has a long history of designing projects throughout the city,” says Tom Arends, Design Principal at BHDP. “We are excited to be involved in the renovation of such an important project and to be designing a space that will inspire the people who engage with the building. We have collaborated with the ownership team to explore design options that really focus on creating a data-driven and timeless design that will support current and future tenants.”

New to the local market, MAP Property Holdings turned to BHDP to help reimagine this important asset and transform it into a leading option for office space in the central business district.
